Website maintenance that keeps things working.

A broken form, an old service page or a slow mobile layout can quietly get in the way. We help you decide what to fix first and what can wait.

01 / BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

Run your business.
Give the website a team.

Your website should not become another unfinished job. We review what you have, agree what needs attention and take on the updates and checks that fit your platform. You get a clear point of contact and a defined scope.

01

Fix the friction first

Focus attention on broken forms, awkward mobile layouts and outdated information that get in a visitor’s way.

02

Keep the useful pages current

Agreed content and layout updates help your website reflect the services you actually offer today.

03

Stay in control of the scope

Know which checks and changes are covered, how requests are handled and when extra work needs a quote.

02 / YOUR SCOPE

Clear work.
Agreed together.

These are the areas we can include. Your proposal sets out the deliverables, responsibilities and costs before work begins.

01

Existing website review

Inspect the platform, hosting and current condition before agreeing support.

02

Content and layout updates

Keep service information accurate and improve layouts where needed.

03

Performance and accessibility fixes

Address slow pages and barriers that affect visitors using the site.

04

Enquiry flow checks

Check forms, contact links and the steps visitors take to enquire.

05

Maintenance scope agreed before work

Define what is covered, how requests work and what needs a separate quote.

Only the work your business needs.Discuss the scope

03 / HOW WE WORK

A little structure.
Less guessing.

You speak directly with the people doing the work. We agree the priorities first and share progress at useful points.

  1. 01

    Understand

We discuss your business, current tools and what you need to improve.

  2. 02

    Agree

You review a defined scope, responsibilities, schedule and costs.

  3. 03

    Make and review

We share the work, collect feedback and check the important details.

  4. 04

    Hand over

We explain what changed, confirm access and agree any ongoing support.

04 / BEFORE WE BEGIN

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Let’s make your website easier to look after.

Ask about your project
Will you maintain a website someone else built?

Possibly. We first need to review the platform, access, hosting and current condition. We will tell you if the site needs initial repair work or if the stack falls outside what we can support.

Are new features included?

Routine care and new development are different kinds of work. The agreed scope states which content changes and checks are included. Larger features are discussed and quoted separately.

Does care include hosting?

Hosting, domains, third party subscriptions and maintenance are listed separately in the proposal. This makes ownership and ongoing costs clear before you commit.
