Your information, handled with care.

This page explains what happens when you browse this website or contact the studio.

Information you choose to share

The project enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, the kind of help you need and your message. An email address is optional. These details help us understand your request and respond to you.

How WhatsApp enquiries work

The form prepares a message and opens our Guwahati WhatsApp contact. It does not send the message for you. You can review the details in WhatsApp and choose whether to press Send. The website does not save completed enquiries in a database or send them through email or a separate lead service.

Cookies and basic technical data

This website uses a session cookie to protect forms and show validation feedback. If a field needs correcting, the session may temporarily hold what you entered so you do not have to type it again. Security controls may temporarily use your IP address to limit repeated submissions. The hosting service can also record requests, including the page requested, browser information and IP address, in its access logs.

Choosing a WhatsApp link opens a service operated by Meta and includes your prepared enquiry in that link. WhatsApp has its own privacy terms. We do not load a WhatsApp widget or advertising tracker on this website.

Keeping information only as needed

Once you choose to send us a message, we keep the conversation while it is needed to discuss or carry out a project and meet any applicable record keeping obligations. Please avoid sending passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal documents through the enquiry form or WhatsApp.

Questions or deletion requests

You can ask what enquiry information we hold about you, request a correction or ask for deletion by using the contact page. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or an existing project agreement.
