Ordently Estate Platform
Ordently is a full real estate web platform built for a North Cyprus property agency. I designed it as a clean, multilingual showcase for verified property listings, buyer guidance, inquiries, newsletters and secure admin workflows.
The project focuses on trust. Public visitors can explore carefully checked homes, compare key property details, read practical buying guides, save favourites and send inquiries through protected forms. The content is written for real buyers researching North Cyprus property, with clear explanations around locations, costs, legal steps and everyday life.
What I Built
- Responsive public property website with verified listings, image galleries, location pages and buyer focused content
- Admin panel for managing properties, media, cities, regions, journal posts, legal pages, users, branding and settings
- Multilingual content system for English, German, Turkish and Russian, with translated property details, journal articles and author profiles
- Guide style blog module with categories, related properties, rich text sections, tables, import and export support
- Inquiry management with protected contact forms, spam controls, captcha, throttling and admin review tools
- Newsletter system with double opt in subscriptions, language aware campaigns and personal unsubscribe links
- Secure user management with roles, permissions, account status controls and protected administrator actions
- SEO foundations including structured data, sitemap support, author pages, public API discovery and AI readable content endpoints
Technical Highlights
The platform is built with CodeIgniter 4, Shield authentication, Tailwind CSS and DaisyUI. The backend keeps security at the center: server side validation, CSRF protection, permission checks, safe uploads, sanitized rich text, protected settings and reusable service layers.
I also built reusable admin interface patterns so the product feels consistent across modules. Forms, tables, filters, flash messages, modals, upload cards and language tabs all share the same design language, making the system easier to maintain and extend.
Why It Stands Out
This is not just a property template. It is a working real estate product with a strong editorial layer, multilingual publishing, verified listing workflows and practical buyer tools. The goal was to create a calm, trustworthy experience that helps people research North Cyprus property without feeling pushed or overwhelmed.
For my portfolio, this project shows how I approach full product development: clean architecture, thoughtful UX, secure data handling, SEO friendly content structure and a polished admin experience that supports real business operations.
